- Hold the lower slide bearing with the longer side of the
special tool.

- Slide on the outside fork tube.
- Press the slide bearing all the way into the outside fork
tube.
- Position the support ring.
- Hold the seal ring with the shorter side of the special tool.

- Mount lock ring@.
