Before connecting the cable, understand the mapping
between the management network port on the Hyper
Management Module (HMM) and upper-layer switch ports.
Laying out
cables
Route all cables along the inner side of each cable trough for
the cabinet. Bind the cables along the inner sides of the
mounting bars on both sides of the cabinet. For details, see

Verifying cable
connections
Check that all cables are correctly connected and connectors
are properly installed.
4.5.2 Connecting a Power Cable
Precautions

Connect power cables securely and maintain sufficient slack for the power
cables.
●
Use dedicated power cables to ensure personal and equipment safety.
●
Do not use the power cables for other devices.
●
To ensure personal and equipment safety, use a power cable with a ground
plug and insert the power cable into a socket that is properly grounded.
●
Use power cables that support a maximum current of 10 A and comply with
IEC 320/C19–C20.
