heat-sensitive devices. Temperature sensors are distributed to cover all areas
of heat concentration, facilitating accurate fan speed adjustment. The cellular
panel allows a 10% more air volume than square holes. The PID algorithm for
speed adjustment ensures long-term stable system running at 35°C (95°F).
NO TICE
Do not block air vents to prevent device damage due to poor heat dissipation.
3.3 PSU Working Modes
The X6000 supports two hot-swappable PSUs. You need to estimate the server
power consumption to determine whether the PSU power can meet requirements
and whether the PSUs can work in modes required. The PSUs of the X6000 can
work in 1+1 redundancy mode and non-redundancy mode.
1+1 Redundancy Mode
One PSU can meet the load requirements of the X6000. In this mode, if one PSU
fails, the other PSU takes over so that the X6000 works properly.
Non-Redundancy Mode
One PSU cannot meet the load requirements of the X6000. In this mode, two PSUs
work together, and if one PSU fails, services on the X6000 may be interrupted.
NO TICE
Before replacing or adding a component, calculate the new system power
consumption and determine whether the PSUs can meet the requirements.
3.4 iBMC Features
The Intelligent Baseboard Management Controller (iBMC) provides the following
features:
●
Supports KVM and text console redirection.
●
Supports remote virtual media.
●
Complies with Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) V2.0.
●
Supports SNMPv3.
●
Supports the common information model (CIM).
●
Provides a graphical web user interface to facilitate management.
