5.4.1.8 Replacing the LCD

Prerequisites



The LCD needs to be replaced.



A spare LCD with the correct software version is available.



USB Wizard

One-Click Export

to export historical data to a

USB flash drive.

The USB port of the USB flash drive must comply with the USB2.0 standard.

The FAT32 USB flash drive (4, 8, 16, or 32 GB) should be used.

The upgrade file must be stored in the root directory of the USB flash drive.

Context

Tool: Phillips screwdriver

Procedure

Step 1

Open the front door.

Step 2

Remove the cables from the LCD.

Step 3

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws from the rear of the LCD.

Step 4

Remove the LCD and backplane.

Step 5

Install the new LCD and backplane in reverse order.

Step 6

Install the LCD cables.

Step 7

Choose

Maintenance

USB Wizard

Configuration Import

to import historical data.

Step 8

After the cables are reconnected, the home screen is displayed on the LCD. Check whether
the display is normal.
