3.2 Abnormal MER Value

Symptom

During the preliminary acceptance test (PAT), MER values at ends A and B are tested.
According to the test result, the MER value at end A is normal (that is, greater than or equal to
38 dB), and the MER value at end B is abnormal (that is, less than 38 dB).
