After a message is sent, if Message sent is displayed on the screen, it indicates
that the short message is sent to the short message service center (SMSC)
successfully. However, it does not necessarily mean that the recipient has
received your message. If Send failed is displayed on the screen, it indicates
that the short message is not sent to the SMSC successfully. You need to send
this message again.
Reading a Message
If your phone receives a new message, it rings or vibrates, or does both.
Meanwhile, the icon
is displayed on the screen. If the icon
blinks, it
indicates that the memory is full. You need to delete some old messages first to
receive new ones.

Press

to read the message. Alternatively, you can press
Cancel
and
read it later. To read the message later in the Inbox, press
Menu
to select
Messages
/
Inbox
, then press
to select the message you want to read.

View
to read the message and the receiving time.

While viewing the message, you can press
Options
for one of the
following operations:

Select
Reply
to return a message to the sender.

Select
Delete
to delete this message.

Forward
to forward this message.
