After the matched record is displayed, press
Options
for one of the
following operations:

Select
Edit
to modify or view the entry.
z
If the entry is saved in UIM card, then select
Copy to phone
to copy this
record to the phone memory. If the entry is saved in phone memory, then
select
Copy to UIM
to copy this record to UIM card.
z
Select
Delete
to delete this record.
z
Select
Write message
to write a message. After selecting the number, press
Options
to select
Send
to send this message.
Editing a Record
1.
Search the record to be modified in the phone book. For details, see
"Searching a Record" on page 30.
2.
Press
Options
to select
Edit
.
3.
If the UIM card is being used for storage, press
Ok
after entering the
number and name.
4.
If the phone is being used for storage, press
Ok
after entering the number,
name, or other data.
Deleting Record(s)
Delete one record in the phone book as follows:
1.
Search the record to be deleted in the phone book. For details, see
"Searching a Record" on page 30.
2.
Press
Options
to select
Delete
.
3.
Press
Yes
to delete the record. Alternatively, press
No
to cancel the
operation.
Delete all the records in the phone book as follows:
