Time at no communication data > setting time of F17.04, it will be considered as E0028 fault (SCI timeout
fault).

Time at communication error > setting time of F17.05, it will be considered as E0029 fault (SCI error).

1: Emergency stop.
2: Decelerate to stop.
3: Continue to run.
