Cables from the lower drive box backplanes (boxes 4–6) are routed to the SAS expander card installed in the
primary riser cage.

Cables from the lower drive box backplanes are routed as shown in the 24-drive configuration.

Cables from the upper drive box backplanes (boxes 1–3) are routed to the SAS expander card installed in the
butterfly riser cage.
