Calibrating the machine LUT

The machine LUT generation will calibrate 15 points on the machine LUT curve. The
automatic machine LUT is operated via a wizard.

The machine LUT generation wizard automatically calibrates the machine LUT, without
the need for an external densitometer.

The machine LUT is performed for a particular screen, ink, and substrate.
