To capture (and analyze) such a signal:

If your analyzer frontend can make it, you can capture the signal with 

twice the generator frequency (and 50 % delay).

If not, you may be able to set up two analyzer channels, operating at the 

generator frequency. In this case, the first analyzer should be set to 25 % 

delay and the second to 75 % delay.
