Removal and replacement procedures

Maintenance and Service Guide

Remove the modem module:

1. Remove the two Phillips PM2.0×4.0 screws

that secure the modem module to the system board.

2. Lift the modem module

away from the system board to disconnect it.

3. Disconnect the modem module cable

from the modem module.

4. Remove the modem module.

Reverse this procedure to install the modem module.
