Description

USB flash drives are now common media for data exchange.
They are readily available and easily manageable. All hot runner controllers 

hotcontrol cDT+

 are equipped with a USB port. A variety of functions is possible in 

the areas of data backup, service, update and quality assurance.

How it works

Functions, that save and/or load data on and/or from the USB stick, are enabled for 
the user, as soon as an USB stick is recognized on the USB port.

What good is it

For data analysis or for queries of the customer, thus can be used more information. 
This makes the service easier, faster, more professional. With this feedback the 
customer may be sent back corrected data, which he can then simply write it into his 
controller.
