Door Hinge
1.
Remove the front panel and both side panels.
2.
Partially open the door
(half way).
Insert a sturdy pin (or
pop rivet etc.) in the
hinge hole (in both left
and right hinges) to
keep the door half
open.
Note 1: IT IS IMPERATIVE THIS IS DONE BEFORE ANY FIXINGS ARE REMOVED.
Note 2:
New hinges are supplied
with a Temporary
Locking Pin.
DO NOT REMOVE these
pins until after full
re-assembly.
3.
Using pliers take off the tie rod, turning it around its fastening.
4.
Disconnect the Earth Tags (Fastons) located on the hinges.
5.
Remove 4 screws (2 in each side) fixing the inner door and pull out.
6.
Pull the inner door upwards.
7.
Remove the screws

located on the inner part of the dishwasher, fixing the hinges to the wash tank.
**Note:
One screw each side.
8.
Remove 4 screws - 2 per hinge - at the
base of the dishwasher.
9.
Fit the new hinges in reverse order. Also refit both Earth Tags and make sure they are secure.
The final action is to remove both
Temporary Locking Pins
as shown in (2) above.
Each NEW hinge is locked in position
by a temporary pin. DO NOT REMOVE
until BOTH hinges are fixed to the
Door and Dishwasher body.
Remove

each side
