Base Unit Access Panel
1.
Protect the customers flooring.
2.
Being careful not to damage the waste hose carefully lay the machine on its back.
3.
Remove any screws that may have been fitted to replace broken clips.
4.
Release 2 fixing clips on front edge.
5.
Ease panel forwards releasing lugs from rear of panel.
E.
Circulating Motor & Heater
1.
Remove base access panel as in D).
2.
Release 2 hose clips and hoses.
3.
Ease motor towards front away from mounting
bracket.
4.
Separate motor from heater by twisting in a
clockwise direction.
5.
Important
On reassembly:-
a. Do not reuse the removed hose clips.
Replace with new clips C00196223.
b. Ensure 'O' ring is correctly positioned to avoid
leaks.

Alternating Motor
1.
Remove base access panel as in D).
2.
Pull out and remove rear foot adjusting rod.
3.
Remove hose clip.
4.
Disconnect wiring.
5.
Undo the 4 securing screws and lift motor
free.
