Coulter disc scraper
The scraper features self-adjusting carbide tips
glued to the edges.

Ensure even, slightly angular contact across
the entire range of the coulter disc:

Press roller scraper
The scraper can be re-adjusted if worn.

Loosen screw (1) to readjust.
¾
Adjust the scraper via the slot.

Press roller scraper

Move the scraper as close as possible to-
wards the press roller (approx. 2 mm dis-
tance). Rotate the press roller and check for
free rotation during this process. The scraper
should not rub against the (clean) press roller
at any point.
Uniformer
The uniformer firms the seed in the seedbed and
presses it gently down.
Under moist conditions and sticky soils the
uniformer may pick up residues. In this case it
should be removed.
NOTE

To avoid damaging the uniformers do not
reverse with the machine lowered.

Danger of injury caused by rotating press rollers

Do not step on the rotating press rollers.
The press rollers guide the depth of the seed
placement, cover the seed with fine soil and
press it down on the seed.
The height of the press rollers can be set to two
positions.

Adjusting the press roller

Loosen the front screw (2).
¾
Remove the plugs (3) and rear screw (4).
¾
Position the press roller and fasten with screw
in the other hole.
¾
Tighten both screws with 100 Nm each and
press in the plugs.
