Changing tines
Broken tines can be replaced on the assembly
fixture on the drawbar.
Overview
The tine is pre-tensioned on the tine holder with
a clamping wedge (1). The clamping wedge is
fixed on the side by a guide plate (2).

Disassembly
•
When bolting it onto the assembly fixture (3),
the stop dome (4) pries the tines away from
the clamping wedge (1). As a result, no more
pre-tension force acts on the clamping wedge
and the guide plate can be unscrewed and the
clamping wedge removed.
•
The pre-tension of the tine is released when
unscrewing it form the assembly fixture and
the tine can be secured.
Assembly
•
Pre-tension the tine on the assembly fixture
until the clamping wedge can be inserted.
•
Insert the clamping wedge and fix it with the
guide plate.
•
Unscrew the preassembled assembly group
from the assembly fixture.
WARNING
Work accidents through hazardous machine
movements.

Unfold the machine and engage the parking
brake of the tractor.
¾
Lift the machine completely.
¾
Fold down the support.
¾
Plug on clips to the hydraulic cylinders of the
undercarriage.
¾
Lower the machine to the aluminium clips.
¾
Secure control units against unintentional and
unauthorised operation.
WARNING
Danger of crushing on the pre-tensioned tine
¾
Change tines, guide plate and clamping
wedge only by using the assembly fixture
and according to the directions of the operat-
ing instructions. Never loosen the mounting
screws of the guide plate and the clamping
wedge while the tines are pre-tensioned!

Observe the tightening torques:
M16: 175 Nm
M10: 50 Nm
Dismantling tines
1. Unfold the machine and engage the parking
brake of the tractor.
2. Lift the machine completely.
3. Fold down the support.
4. Plug on clips to the hydraulic cylinders of the
undercarriage.
5. Lower the machine to the aluminium clips.
