Position of control units during transport travel
WARNING
Danger of road accidents caused by losing the
machine or machine parts.
¾
Lock the control units mechanically or electri-
cally, depending on the version, during trans-
port travel. Never switch them to the floating
position.
¾
Release the parking brake and check the
service brake (option).
¾
Check whether all securing elements of the
connection are in place and set correctly.
¾
Check components of the connection for wear.
¾
In regard to the ball and socket coupling follow
the notes in the Maintenance overview chapter.
¾
Make sure that the transport height lies below
the maximum permissible transport height;
adjust the transport height if necessary.
WARNING
Damage to the hydraulics can cause unintended
unfolding of the wings (90°).

Always check the correct installation of the
bolts of the safety catch before transport
travels:

Make sure before driving on public roads that
the machine meets all respective applicable
road traffic regulations.
