Folding
WARNING
Dropping or lowering machine parts can cause
severe crushing injuries etc.!

Instruct persons to leave the danger zone.

Comply with the accident prevention instruc-
tions.
CAUTION
Damages on middle packer segment
¾
Before folding the machine, lock the middle
packer segment with bolt and cotter pin in
position (1):

Damages to the machine and the supporting

Fold the machine only on a level and firm
surface.
CAUTION
Danger of damage to the hydraulic system
¾
Never unfold the outside wings (180°) before
the inside wings (90°)!
Unfolding
Inner wings (90°)
Wings 90° (Figure Joker 12 RT )
1. Lock the middle packer segment with bolt
and cotter pin in position (1), see chapter
Pendulum packe r.
2. Lift the machine.
3. Remove the clips placed on the hydraulic
cylinders on the packer middle section and
the drawbar.
4. Remove the safety catches.

5. Operate the control unit “Wings 90°”, until
the wings are fully unfolded. At approx.
45° both packer and support wheels are
automatically extended.
If the machine has not been lifted, the
machine will lift up automatically before
unfolding.
6. After folding the control unit must be
absolutely switched to floating position!
