- If the pressure is set to Normal, change the
setting to Weak.

- Set the fold roller pressure properly.
- If the pressure is set to Strong, change the
setting to Normal.

- Check the fold speed.
- When folding thin sheets (less than 53 gsm,
14# bond or 35# book), select the Silent
mode.
- When folding thick or folded sheets, select
the High mode.

are too damp.
- Dry the sheets before using them.

rollers are stained with
ink.
- Clean the rollers.

rollers are worn out.
- If a fold roller is worn, replace it with a new
one.
