Setup

- Reduce the double feed stop plate pressure if there are

frequent misfeeds or when doing cross-fold/12-page
letter folds.

- Adjust the double feed stop plate pressure to the

normal setting if there are frequent double feeds.

- The feed table pressure should be adjusted if there are

frequent double feeds, if there are frequent misfeeds, or
if the sheets are wrinkled.

If there are frequent double feeds or the
sheets are wrinkled:

- Set the lever to Normal.

If there are frequent misfeeds:

- Set the lever to Strong.

- Set the fold roller pressure lever to Strong when

folding sheets of 105 gsm or more (28# bond or 70#
book).

- Set the fold roller pressure lever to Normal when folding

sheets of less than 105 gsm (28# bond or 70# book).

To reach the adjustment:

Remove the delivery roller.

Open the fold section cover.

- Open the fold section cover slowly.
