If there is a fold problem (continued):
There is a problem even though the sheets are properly loaded in the feed tray.
There is a problem even after cleaning the double feed stop plate or feed roller.

Check whether the
double feed stop plate
is stained with ink.
- Clean the double feed stop plate using a
cloth.

is jammed inside the

- Remove any jammed sheets or other
objects inside the machine.
