Check whether the
sheet size has been
selected properly.

- Set the correct sheet size.

Check whether the
folding speed is too
slow

- Set the fold speed to High.

Check whether the
sheets are loaded in
the feed tray properly.

- Make sure that none of the sheets are

hanging on the support rollers.

Check whether the
sheets are sticking to
each other because of
static electricity.

- Fan the sheets completely and wait for a

few minutes before loading them in the feed
tray.

Check the stopper
positions.

- Set the correct stopper positions using the

stopper knobs.

Check whether a sheet
is jammed.

- Remove any jammed sheets in the buckle

chute.

Check whether there is
any paper chip along
the paper path.

- Open the fold section cover and remove

any paper dust.

Check that the fold
rollers are mounted
properly.

- Install the fold rollers correctly.
