Speed Button

This button selects the folding speed.

Sheet Size Select Button

This button selects the size of the sheet to be folded.

Clear Button

This button resets the fold
count to zero. The number
can be reset whenever a
number is displayed on the
screen.

Fold Pattern Select Button

This button selects the fold pattern.

Start/Stop Button

This button starts and stops
the folding.

Test Button

This button feeds one sheet
for test folding.

This roller feeds each sheet into
the fold roller section.

These rollers hold down the front
edge of each sheet.

If there are frequent misfeeds if you
are feeding heavier sheets (82 gsm,
22# bond, or 55# book or more), set
the adjusting lever to the Increased
position. (Refer to page 20)

Set the fold roller pressure lever to Strong
when thick sheets (105 gsm, 28# bond, 70# book
or more) are folded. Set the fold roller pressure
lever to Normal when thinner sheets (less than
105 gsm, 28# bond, or 70# book) are folded.

If the Start button is pressed while the feed tray lever is lowered

If the cover is open

If the buckle chute is not in position

If there are repeated feed errors

If there is a sheet jam

This alarm warns that the motor may start unexpectedly.

If the operation is changed from power saving mode to normal
operation mode while the feed tray lever is raised
If the fold section cover is closed while the feed tray lever is raised

This alarm indicates that the power has been turned on.

After the power switch is turned on and the folder is ready to fold
When the folder is going into the power saving mode
