Turning Motion Detection On or Off
To turn motion detection On or Off for each camera, highlight the On/Off field next to
the camera, and press . When you turn motion detection On , the Sensitivity and
Zone fields become active.
Selecting the Sensitivity Level for Motion Detection
1. Highlight a field under the Sensitivity heading and press . The Motion
Sensitivity setup screen appears.

2. Adjust the DVR's sensitivity to motion. You can select sensitivity settings for
Daytime and Nighttime. There are five settings: 1 is the least sensitive, 5 is the
most sensitive.
Defining the Motion Detection Area
You can define the area of the image where you want to detect motion. For example,
you can choose a doorway.
