User manual for HON R100 gas pressure regulator with HON P095NG pilot

Screw the guide (1) back into the upstream
pressure stage housing.

Take the lower diaphragm unit. Unscrew
the nut (1) and remove the spring plate (2).

Replace the diaphragm (1) with a new one.
Make sure that the bulge points upwards.
Re‐assemble the diaphragm unit. Use
threadlocker as specified in the list in the
appendix.

Put the compression spring (1) back on the
diaphragm unit.

Insert the lower diaphragm unit (1),
including the compression spring, back into
the upstream pressure stage housing.
Make sure that the holes and the dia‐
phragm’s holes are aligned.
