User manual for HON R100 gas pressure regulator with HON P095NG pilot

Figure

Step

Description

Unscrew the valve plate’s locknut (1) from
below. While doing so, secure the valve
shank from above.

From below, remove the support cage (1)
and the valve plate (2). To do so, use the
holes in the support cage (3).

Important!

Both components feature sealing edges
that must not be damaged!

Pull out the valve shank, including the
compensating plate, upward.

Hold the guide bush (2) in place from
below. Unscrew the hold screw (1). Re‐
move the guide bush. Use a rubber mallet
if necessary.

Important!

Make sure not to

damage the guide bush – especially the
sealing edges.

Check the guide bush’s sealing face for
damage. The sealing face must not have
any scratches or dents. If necessary,
replace the guide bush with a new one.
