9. User Setup
•
Allows you to set the user level in 3 levels.
•
Authority may vary depending on the user level.
- Level l: Administrator level with full authority.
- Level 2: User 1 level with full authority except for Setup,system shutdown and PTZ/Image.
- Level 3: User 2 level with authority for network access .

Allows you to specify authorities depending on the User level.
•
Selections under Use authority include Setting, System shutdown, Backup, Network access,
PTZ/Image and Search.

Allows you to verify if User level/Use authority is properly set for a user name.
•
Select the table in the User list with the mouse and press the Add/Change buttons to add or change
users.
•
You can set up up to 20 users.

•
Name: Enter the user name using 10 characters or less.
•
Password: Enter the password using 10 characters or less.
•
Confirm password: Reenter the password for confirmation.

To add a user, select the empty table in the user list, and to change a user select the table you want
to change with the mouse.
