Speed Alarm ON/OFF

Speed Alarm Setting

You can turn the speed alarm
function on or off. The function has
two options(1 and 2). Select 1 or 2 by
pressing the INFO button, and press
the SEL/RESET button. The
confirmation screen is shown for 2
seconds, then the CUSTOMIZE
ENTRY returns. An alarm sounds
when the vehicle runs at the set
speed.

As shown in the illustration, the
meter symbols have a slanted line
each when speed alarms 1 and 2 are
both off.

You can set the speed only when the
vehicle is parked. Each time you
select

, the set speed increases by

5 km/h (mph). Each time you select

, the set speed decreases by 5

km/h (mph). The set speed ranges
from 5 km/h (mph) to 300 km/h
(200 mph).

While the vehicle is travelling, you
can turn the speed alarm on or off by
pressing the INFO button.
