CONTINUED

Unscrew the valve cap (D) from
the tyre valve (C). Deflate the tyre
completely pushing the valve
insert using the back of the valve
remover (E). Unscrew the valve
insert (F) using the valve remover
(E). Do not place the valve insert
(F) in the sand or dirt.
