SERVICE INFORMATION
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
e To service the master pump mechanical seal, remove the left crankcase cover.
e
All cooling system services can be done with the engine in the frame.
e
Do not remove the radiator cap when the engine is hot. The coolant is under pressure and it could result in scaling. The
engine must be cool before sevicing the cooling sytem.
e
Avodi spilling coolant on painted surfaces. After servicing the system, check for leaks.

Use only a high quality ethylene glycol based anti-freeze containing corro-
sion protection inhibitors specifically recommended for use in aluminum
engines. A 50/50 mixture of anti-freeze and water is recommended for
