Pry off the cable clip and remove the jet needle.

Check the jet needle and throttle valve for wear to

damage.

FLOAT/FLOAT VALVE/JET

DISASSEMBLY

Remove the float chamber and pull the float pin off

the chamber.

CAUTION

Remove the float pin in the arrow direction.

Remove the carburetor float and float valve.

FLOAT/FLOAT VALVE INSPECTION

Check the valve seat for wear or damage.

Check the float for deformation or presence of fuel.
