[2005-2008] [TRX500 FA/FGA]

REAR WHEEL/SUSPENSION

Apply grease to the needle rollers of a new bearing.

5.4--5.5 mm (0.21--0.22 in)

Carefully press the needle bearing in the lower pivot

until the depth from the lower pivot outer surface is

5.4-5.5 mm (0.21-0.22 in), using the special tools.

Pilot, 16 mm

PILOT

Apply grease to new dust seal lips and install them

into the lower pivot.

Install the lower pivot collar.

DUST SEALS

BEARING

PIVOT COLLAR

BUSHING REPLACEMENT (After '06)

Press the bushing out of the lower pivot using side

"A" of the special tool.

TOOLS:

DRIVER

Bushing driver, 16 mm

07AMD-HP0A100

"A"

Carefully press the bushing into the lower pivot

until the tool bottoms, using side "B" of the special

tool.

TOOLS:
