[2005-2008] [TRX500 FA/FGA]

CYLINDER HEAD/VALVE/CAMSHAFT

Install and tighten the four camshaft holder bolts.

Apply molybdenum oil solution to the cam lobes.

CAM LOBES

BOLTS

Remove the stopper tool from the cam chain ten-

sioner lifter and install the sealing bolt with a new

SEALING WASHER

sealing washer.

Install the cylinder head

(page 8-20).
