CENTRIFUGAL CLUTCH

Remove the oil joint pipe and O-rings.

OIL JOINT PIPE/O-RINGS

O-RING

BEARING INSPECTION/
REPLACEMENT

Turn the inner race of each bearing with your finger.

The bearing should turn smoothly and quietly.

BEARING

Also check that the outer race of the bearing fits

TRANSMISSION BEARINGS

tightly in the front crankcase cover.

Replace the bearing if the inner race does not turn

smoothly, quietly, or if the outer race fits loosely in

the front crankcase cover.

CRANKSHAFT BEARING

Remove the crankshaft bearing using special tools.

CRANKSHAFT BEARING
