1. Machine stand assembly
 Connect the left (1) and right side parts,
(2) with the base plate (3) using 6 screws
M8x16 and 6 nuts M8.
 Mount the shelf (4) with 4 screws M8x16
with 4 washers M8 on the left (1) and right
side part (2).
 Mount the plate (5) with 3 screws M6x12,
6 washers M6 and 3 nuts M6 to the shelf
(4) and with 2 screws M6x12, 4 washers
M6 and 2 nuts M6 to the left (1) and right
side parts (2).
 Mount the door frame (6) with the door
using 4 screws M8x16, 8 washers M8 and
4 nuts M8.
2. Coolant pump assembly
 Mount the coolant pump (7) to the base
plate (3) with 2 Hex head screws M8x16
and 2 washers 8mm (8).
3. Saw head assembly
The machine is heavy. Load lifting slings are
required to remove it from the packaging.
These are attached to the sling plates (9) to lift
the machine and place it on the base frame.
NOTICE:
 Before starting to lift the machine, make
sure that all moving parts are securely
fastened.
 To avoid any shocks or sudden
movements, lift the machine carefully and
move it slowly.
 Position the saw (A) on the machine stand
(B).
W A R N I N G
Damaged or insufficiently strong
hoists and load slings can result in
serious injury or even death.
Therefore, check hoists and load
slings for sufficient load capacity
and perfect condition before use.
Attach the loads carefully. Never
stand under suspended loads!
