Programme 15: Custom mode
In this programme users can select the parameters on their own.
It is possible to set the time in minutes for each stage: kneading, rising, baking, sustaining
the temperature. For that purpose
TIMER -
or
TIMER +
buttons may be used to decrease
or increase the length of the programme.
COLOR:
For selection of: light (symbol
), average (symbol
) or well-baked crust (symbol
) and quick bread (symbol
). After pressing the COLOR button, the display indicates 4
modes in turn. The current selection is marked with an arrow. The standard crust colour is
medium. It is not possible to select the colour of the crust in programmes 9, 10, 11, 12, 13.
LOAF SIZE
It is possible to select 3 loaf sizes: small (0.7 kg), average (0.9 kg) and large (1.15 kg). After
pressing the
LOAF SIZE
button, the display indicates 3 modes in turn. The current selection
is marked with an arrow. The default loaf size is large (0.9 kg). It is not possible to select
the colour of the crust in programmes 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15.
Start delay function (TIMER +/-)
This function is used for delaying start of the bread maker. The maximum start delay is 13
hours and 10 minutes.
First, it is necessary to select the programme and colour and then press the
TIMER -
or
TIMER +
button to change the time indicated on the LCD display. Each press of the button
adds or subtracts 10 minutes from the delay time. The start delay function does not work
in programmes 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14. When
TIMER -
or
TIMER +
is pressed, time delay
will be constantly extended or shortened. The set time takes into account the time of the
programme and the time of delay.
Example: it is 8:30 p.m., you want the bread to be ready at 7:00 the next morning, i.e. after 10
hours and 30 minutes. Select the programme, the colour, loaf size and press the
TIMER +
button to add time until the display shows 10:30. Then press the
START/PAUSE/STOP
button to start the programme with delayed start. The dot pulsates and the LCD display
counts down the remaining time. The fresh bread will be ready at 7:00 a.m.
Note: the programmes with delayed start should not use easily spoiling ingredients such
as eggs, fresh milk, fruit, onion etc.
Temperature sustaining function
The temperature of the bread may be automatically sustained for 1 hour after the baking
is complete. The LCD display will indicate 0:00. During this time, the „ ” symbol indicates
KEEP WARM
message for 60 minutes until the temperature sustaining time has elapsed.
MEMORY
In the case of interruption of power supply during baking of bread, the baking process
will be automatically continued after 10–15 minutes without the necessity to press the
START/PAUSE/STOP
button. The memory function is active for about 10–15 minutes.
