Programme 1: Basic
For light and mixed breads containing mainly wheat or rye flour. This bread has compact
consistency. The
COLOR
button is used for adjustment of bread baking colour.
Programme 2: French
For light breads from fine-ground flour. Such a bread is fluffy and has a crispy crust. The
programme is not suitable for recipes using butter, margarine or milk.
Programme 3: Whole grain
For breads containing heavy types of flour, requiring longer kneading and rising (e.g. whole
wheat flour and rye flour). Bread is more compact and heavier.
Programme 4: Sweet
For breads containing additions such as fruit juices, coconut chips, raisins, dried fruit,
chocolate or sugar. Due to longer rising, the bread is light and fluffy.
Programme 5: With buttermilk
Kneading, rising and baking of a loaf of bread with buttermilk.
Programme 6: Gluten free
Kneading, rising and baking of GLUTEN FREE bread. Suitable for: gluten free flour, rice
flour, flour from sweet potatoes, corn flour and oat flour.
Programme 7: Super quick
Kneading, rising and baking of bread in a shorter time than the basic programme. Bread
baked in this programme is usually smaller and has a more compact consistency.
Programme 8: Dough
Kneading, rising and baking. Rising takes place using baking soda or baking powder.
Programme 9: Kneaded dough
The time of kneading set by the user depending on the number of ingredients.
Programme 10: Pizza dough
Kneading and rising without baking. It is necessary to take out dough and make rolls,
pizza, steamed bread etc.
Programme 11: Pasta
Efficient stirring of flour and water or other ingredients.
Program 12: Yogurt
This programme is used for fermentation and production of yogurt.
Programme 13: Jam
For cooking jam and marmalade.
Programme 14: Baking
Used for additional baking of breads which are too light or insufficiently baked. The
programme does not include kneading or rising.
