of wheat flour, it is recommended to change the sequence: first put yeast and flour, then
add sugar and salt and finally add water or other liquids to obtain a better effect.
NOTE: by adding flour, remember that it needs to cover the water. Make a small hollow at
the top of flour, add yeast to the hollow. Note that yeast cannot contact salt or liquids.
4. Close the lid and connect the plug to the power socket. The appliance will turn on
automatically and mode 1 will appear on the display.
5. Press the
MENU
button until the selected programme is displayed.
6. Press the
COLOR
button to set the arrow in the selected position: light, medium or well-
baked crust.
7. Press the
LOAF SIZE
button to set the arrow on the selected weight.
8. If necessary, using the
TIMER -
or
TIMER +
set the start delay time. By pressing the
TIMER -
or
TIMER +
button, it is possible to extend the time visible on the LCD display.
This step may be omitted if baking of the bread should start immediately.
9. Press the
START/PAUSE/STOP
button to start the appliance. The „ ” symbol indicates
the process progress, the colon starts constantly pulsating and the timer starts to count
down. The programme is started.
NOTE:
The programme may be suspended by shortly pressing the
START/PAUSE/STOP
button. Pressing the
START/PAUSE/STOP
button again will re-start the programme. To
stop the programme, press and hold the
START/PAUSE/STOP
button for 3 seconds.
10. In the case of additions (fruit, nuts, raisins), the appliance emits ten short sound
signals. Open the lid and put the additions. Close the lid. Operation of the bread maker will
be resumed. Nuts should not be added to early, because otherwise they will lose flavour.
NOTE:
the function of adding the ingredients applies only to the following programmes:
basic, sweet, French, whole grain, gluten free.
11. The programme is finished when the LCD display indicates 0:00 and the appliance
emitted 10 sound signals. In order to disable the mode, press the
START/PAUSE/STOP
for 3 seconds.
NOTE:
if the
START/PAUSE/STOP
button is not pressed, temperature will be automatically
sustained for 1 hour. The temperature sustaining programme may be disabled by pressing
and holding the
START/PAUSE/STOP
for 3 seconds. The programme is disabled when
default screen is visible on the LCD display.
12. Open the lid and firmly grab the dough container in kitchen gloves and lift it upwards.
NOTE:
take special care — the dough container and the bread are hot.
13. Turn the dough container upside down in kitchen gloves (with the mould holder folded)
above the dough cooling grate or a clean surface. Shake it gently until the bread drops out.
Using a spatula (made of material other than metal) gently scrape the dough container
walls.
NOTE:
if the stirrer is stuck in bread, gently pull it out with a hook. Do not touch it with
hands — burn hazard.
ENVIRONMENT
The appliance should be used in the recommended ambient temperature from 15°C to
34°C. The bread leaven becomes sour in too high temperature and too low temperature
has negative impact on rising of the bread. Bread size may change depending on ambient
temperature.
