too weak and prevent growing
of the dough.
Use bread flour or a strong
powder.
Yeast fermentation is too fast or
yeast temperature is too high.
Use yeast in room temperature.
Excess of water makes the
dough too wet and soft.
Decrease the amount of water in
the recipe according to the water
absorption capabilities.
Bread is too heavy and
its consistency is too
compact.
Too much yeast or too little

Limit the amount of flour or add
