show the frequency to which you are tuned. There are 5 buttons on the PSK home screens
which are shortcuts to other functions, to be described later in this manual.

Touching the

Tune

button, Figure 15, on the

M

ODE

,

transmits a carrier so you can set the power level or tune your transmitter to
your antenna.  See Figure 16.

In  this  mode,  the
left  rotary  encoder
has  been  set  to

adjust  the  TX  Level.  Adjust  the  left
rotary  encoder  to  set  the  desired
power output.

Touch  the

Tune

button again to turn

off the carrier.

When  the  IQ32  is  connected  to  the
HobbyPCB  Hardrock-50  power  am-
plifier, you can set the power level of
the  HR50  and  activate  your  antenna
tuner.

The carrier is transmitted at the CW
power level.

The

Tune

button is a toggle function. Touching the first time turns on the transmitter and touch-

ing the second time returns operation to the previous mode.
