5.1.5.5 GetInTriggerCount
Via this method it is possible to retrieve the number of possible trigger input
ports from the device.
Prototype:
virtual HRESULT __stdcall GetInTriggerCount ( PWORD pwInTriggerCount );
Parameters:
pwInTrig-
gerCount OUT Pointer which receives the number of possible trigger in-
put ports of the device.
Return value: UCI error codes
5.1.5.6 SetInTrigger
Via this method it is possible to configure the reaction on a high level of a trigger
input pin which is provided by the FlexRay Interface board. The reaction is the
transmit message given in the UCI_FLXMSGINTRIGGER structure.
Remark:
For a FlexRay message in the static segment the cycle filter may not be
set. For a FlexRay message in dynamic segment at least one buffer without
enabled cycle filter must exist. If a needed FlexRay TX Buffer is disabled and not
alternative is found, setting trigger will fail. To prevent this problem enable the
appropriate buffer with UCI_FLXCTRLMSG_TXBUFFER .

Parameters:
pstcIn-
Trigger IN Pointer to the UCI_FLXMSGINTRIGGER structure which con-
tains the FlexRay message to transmit on the bus.
