Message Types

Supports transmission and reception of the following message types:

•PDU1 destination specific
•PDU1 broadcast
•PDU2

Addressing

Claims and protects a single configurable address.

Self-configurable using a list of addresses.

Transport Protocol Sessions

Support of J1939 transport protocol for large messages with the following limita-

tions:

•Single outgoing session (either BAM or RTS/CTS).
•1 incoming BAM and 1 incoming RTS/CTS concurrently.
