and the piston.
2).Checking the piston rings

Check whether the piston and the piston
groove is cracked and abraded.
3).Checking the piston pin

Blue discoloration/grooves Replace, then
check the lubrication system.
2 、 MEASURE
• At the top, the middle and the bottom of the
piston stroke.

:
Measure the bore diameter at directions of
right-angle intersection.
Repairing limit value
Out of roundness:0.005mm
Taper:0.005mm
• The external diameter 10mm above the bottom
of the piston skirt.

:
Repair limit on the clearance between the
piston and cylinder.

0.1mm
