ACCELERATOR SWITCH ADJUSTMENT

1.

ADJUST THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL HEIGHT.

(1)

Adjust the accelerator pedal height at the accelerator pedal assembly
mounting section.

(2)

ADJUST THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE OF THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL
STROKE SENSOR.

Use HINO DX

Ⅱ

 to check the output voltage of the accelerator

pedal stroke sensor. In case the output voltage does not conform
to the standard, shift the mounting position of the sensor in the
direction of rotation (at the long hole of the sensor) for adjustment
or replace the sensor with new one.
