Exicor 150AT User Manual

Scan Statistics

Clicking on

in the Exicor main window opens the statistics dialog box, shown

the Figure 4.17 below.

The upper section of the window shows the statistics for the whole scan. If a region
of the data has been selected with the mouse, the statistics for that region appear in
the lower section.

Adding Notes

The user can add comments regarding the sample, scan, etc. that will be saved with

the data file. To add notes during or after the scan, click

, type comments as

desired, and then click

. If comments are entered after the scan is complete, the

user needs to save the file (

Save

) to save the comments to the data file.
