Configuring Satellite Positioning
Purpose:
The built-in GNSS module supports GPS (Global Positioning System), contributing to the device positioning and speed
limit alarm.
Steps:
1.
Enter the Satellite Positioning Settings interface.
Menu > Basic Settings > Position

Select the mode of the
Positioning Module
. Four modes of positioning module are selectable.
RS-232
: Obtain data from the satellite positioning module connected through RS-232 interface.
RS-485
: Obtain data from the satellite positioning module connected through RS-485 interface.
Built-in
: Obtain data from the satellite positioning module built in the mobile DVR.
Display Terminal
: Obtain data from display terminal.
3.
Check the checkbox of
Satellite Time Adjusting
and then select the time zone in which the device locates.
4.
Select the
Speed Unit
and input the
Speed Limit
value.
5.
Set the linkage actions for speeding alarm, including
Audible Warning
and
Alarm Output
