REAR PORTAL BACKING PLATE INSTALL
a.
Drill out the two right holes with a
½”
drill bit so they can
accommodate ½” bolts.
b.
Slide the axle shaft through the
rear right backing plate (PGLC-BP-RZR1AL4-RR),
as shown below, and place
it flush to the trailing arm.
c.
Follow the steps below to install and fasten the backing plate to the trailing arm.
1)
Insert a
3/8 x 1 ¼”
bolt
with a
10mm washer
. (9/16)[40 ft lbs]
2)
Insert a
1/2
x 1 ¼” bolt
with a
½”
washer.
(3/4)[90 ft lbs]
3)
Insert a
1/2
x 1 ¼” bolt
with a
½”
washer.
(3/4)[90 ft lbs]
4)
Insert a
3/8 x 1 ¼” bolt
with a
10mm washer.
(9/16)[40 ft lbs]
