Turn the unit on and follow the prompts on the display to select the appropriate parameters for the
stressing application.
6.2 Operation
6.2.1 Digital Display
Your PU35/46 Power Unit uses a Danfoss DP200 digital display.
6.2.1.1 Getting Started

The digital display will briefly show the Hamilton Form logo. After a few seconds, the screen will
change to the Jack Selection Screen . Using the buttons at the bottom of the display, select the jack you
are using.

Press OK to lock in your selection and proceed to the Main Screen .
WARNING
If you select the wrong parameters, it could cause confusion over how much force is being applied to
the strand. THIS COULD CAUSE DEATH, SERIOUS INJURY, STRAND FAILURE, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
CAUTION
This manual offers general guidelines for strand tensioning that are specific to Hamilton Form
Company equipment.

WARNING
It is critical that you select the correct jack. If you select the wrong jack, it will cause the force to be
incorrectly displayed, resulting not only in a broken strand, but possibly DEATH, SERIOUS INJURY, OR
PROPERTY DAMAGE.
