2.0

 LIMITED WARRANTY 

Hamilton Form Company, Ltd. (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that the product 

described in this manual shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period as listed 

below (under “Warranty Period”) from purchase, provided that:

 

1.

 

The Company is notified of such defect within such period;  

2.

 

Such product has not, in the Company’s judgment, been abused, misused, or improperly 

maintained by such user; 

3.

 

Such product has been operated in accordance with the Company’s instructions; 

4.

 

Such product has not been repaired with parts not manufactured or authorized by the Company; 

and  

5.

 

Such defect is not attributable to normal wear and tear. 

2.1

 Warranty Period 

 

All parts:

 Ninety (90) days. 

 

Replacement parts:

 The remainder of the original warranty period. 

 

Radio systems:

 See separate documents. 

The Company shall, at its option, either repair or replace, free of charge (not including freight) any such 

part found, upon the Company’s examination after delivery at the Company’s plant freight prepaid, to be 

so defective. Repairs or replacements under this warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original 

warranty period. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear parts and accessories 

including but not limited to any light bulbs, belts, brushes, wheel tread, fluids, air filter, fuel filter, oil 

filters, vacuum seal strips, wire rope, brake pads, bushings, label, and paint.

equipment. Make safety and maintenance practices mandatory!
